Vince Converse & Big Brother Take Home Big Wins at the 2025 Colorado Blues Society Awards

Vince Converse & Big Brother won three 2024 Colorado Blues Society Members Choice Awards, including Favorite Blues Band, Guitar Player, and Drummer.

Big congrats are in order to Vince Converse & Big Brother for their wins at the 2025 Colorado Blues Society Members Choice Awards.

The band was voted Favorite Blues Band, with Vince Converse winning Favorite Guitar Player and Scotty Rivera named Favorite Drummer. These wins are a huge nod from the Colorado blues community, recognizing the band’s powerhouse presence and dedication to the genre.

This well-deserved recognition comes on the heels of back-to-back appearances at the International Blues Challenge (IBC) in Memphis, where the band represented Colorado in both 2024 and 2025, making it to the semifinals both years.

“It’s been a lot of hard work, late nights, and pure love for the music,” says Converse. “To be recognized by our peers and the Colorado blues community after representing them in Memphis for two years is a huge honor.”

With their fiery mix of blues, rock, jazz, soul, and funk, Vince Converse & Big Brother continue to impress.
